AoB Refresher Meeting
The Art of Bodywork Refresher is a live online meeting designed to help you revise all the work you learnt on the 3-day Live class.
Yes, there is a lot to remember in the 3 days, because we like to give great value for money and teach you as much as we can.
And because you may have forgotten some very important points in certain AoB techniques, we can clear up any misunderstanding or confusion by demonstrating many things again.
Of course, this is an excellent opportunity to ask questions and receive advice, directly from Alastair in a Live video call.
What is included?
Topics include:
- demonstration of any of the Art of Bodywork techniques for either the Upper Body or Lower Body
- integrating AoB into your practice and putting techniques together
- taking your questions and problem solving
- advice or help with specific clients you may be working on
