How do I book?
Go to the "Course Dates" page and find the date/venue that suits you best.Click now the PayPal button "pay deposit" for your chosen course.You will then be forwarded to a secure PayPal checkout page.Please note: Deposits are non-refundable!**See our TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I don't have a PayPal account. How can I make a purchase?
You do not need a PayPal account. You can use a credit card. Follow this link for help and advice how to pay with your credit card.
Can I pay by international bank transfer?
We use PayPal for the following reasons:It is less expensive for YOU and if necessary (or if you haven't a PayPal account) you can use a credit card for payment. An international bank transfer would probably add an extra bank charge for you.Also PayPal's receipt can be used for accounting purposes and is acceptable to your tax authorities. PayPal also has protections for you as a Buyer. For our records and our accounts we also only use PayPal.
When should I pay the balance of the course fee?
You should pay the balance THREE WEEKS before the commencement of the class. No reminders will be sent. Payment of fees is your responsibility. Please make a note of the payment date in your diary.If you have not paid the balance of the class SEVEN days before the class date then your place will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
I'm not sure my payment went through. What should I do?
WAIT! An email acknowledgement for your payment will sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account.PLEASE CHECK THAT EMAIL ADDRESS - it may not be the same email as you regularly use. If you don't get that email from PayPal within a few hours then chances are your payment wasn't processed.BUT HOLD ON! DO NOT MAKE A SECOND PAYMENT!CONTACT US first and double check the situation. If you make a payment by mistake and need a refund then there will be a 10% deduction for PayPal fees. We cannot give you a 100% refund for any purchases made in error. So email us first to check. I already didyour class a few years ago - can I get a discount on this class?
Due to fluctuating exchange rates, administration fees and other unpaid work that I do in supporting practitioners I do not offer discounts for classes.I keep the fees as low as possible to ensure you receive a good value for money class.
What should I bring to the class?
If you have special dietary requirements then bring your own food and drink.Bring a treatment table if you have one.Bring a notepad and pen plus anything else you would usually bring to classes like this.
What time does the class start and finish?
We commence promptly at 9am and finish at 5pm, unless stated otherwise.There will be one hour lunch break and two 15 minute refreshment breaks - at morning and afternoon.Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts so you can set up your couch, find your seat and maybe meet your instructors and colleagues.
How much time is allocated to practical work?
Nearly the whole day! There is very little theory work in the three day class. This is a very hands-on practical class. We want you to take as many new techniques away with you as possible and so we give you as much time as possible for practice work. We want you to have understood and acquired the skills and confidence in yourself and the work for everything we show.
Can I contact you about a client of mine that isn't responding?
I cannot give specific answers to clinical problems. I would need to have the client on a treatment table in front of me in order to give an informed answer and accurate advice.I have listed the indications for using my work in the training manual. If your client has an indication that is covered by one of theses AoB procedures then perhaps that is the work they need. But there is no guarantee that will address their issue. There could be many factors that cause their back pain for example. I teach some of the techniques that may address their issue.To assist you, look immediately above and below the problem area (distal or proximal to the site of concern).
Can I take photos or make video or audio recording of your class?
No. Due to previous unprofessional behaviour by some former attendees this is no longer permitted.
What if I don't want to experience some of the practical work?
If you feel you've had enough work or there is a particular procedure you don't want to experience then simply tell us as well as the person you're working with and we will make an alternative arrangement.However please bear in mind this is a very practical based, hands-on course. Do not book on this course if you are too ill, fragile or cannot take part in the practical work for health or other reasons.
What if I have booked and paid for the course but cannot attend for some reason?

When should I book accommodation and make my travel arrangements?
DO NOT book your accommodation or travel arrangements until you see a CONFIRMED sign on the class dates page.Once your class is confirmed you can go ahead and make your arrangements safe in the knowledge that the course is going ahead.
Can you give me any information about local accommodation?
I’m afraid not. I am not local to the area either - so you will have to source accommodation in the same way as myself. Search the internet.
Will you provide a training manual?
Yes, a new training manual has been created for the 2019/2020 classes.It contains many clear and easy to follow diagrams as well as some previously unseen material.
You sent me a refund for my purchase. Why?
I reserve the right to refuse any purchase without explanation.
